How to Schedule a Mediation
To book a mediation with Ms. Kotsol, please call her Legal Assistant, Brenda at 727-733-2688 or email brendasohonyay@gmail.com after viewing her calendar of availability. She will inform you of the most current available dates and times and confirm your selection.
Once again, flexible scheduling is available so if you don't see a time you like on my calendar of availability don't hesitate to give Brenda a call as she is very creative with the calendar.
SCHEDULE OF MEDIATION FEES
ATTENDANCE: $400.00 per hour. 3 hour minimum. Any special needs
for additional time will be provided upon request.
TRAVEL TIME: There is a charge of $150.00 per hour
for travel throughout the state of Florida. Fractional
hours will be prorated.
CANCELLATION/ A charge of 2 hour of mediation time will be billed for a
RESCHEDULE POLICY: mediation canceled or rescheduled with 7 business days
or less notification to the mediator of the scheduled date.
Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours/one business
day will result in a 3 hour minimum charge.
PAYMENT POLICY: In a Workers Compensation case all mediation fees shall
be paid by the E/C/SA unless otherwise agreed to by
the parties. In all other types of legal cases all
mediation fees shall be equally apportioned between
the parties unless otherwise agreed to by the parties,
governed by statute or ordered by the court.

Evie Jo Kotsol serves as a neutral mediator and qualified arbitrator for Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury disputes. She was a former Workers' Compensation State Mediator in St. Petersburg, Florida from 1997-2001. She is a Supreme Court Certified mediator and arbitrator who has successfully mediated thousands of cases. She accepts appointments for both voluntary and court ordered mediations and is available throughout the State of Florida.
